Help Jake fund his medical expenses

Hey my name is Jacob Gonzales, I'm fundraising because I am currently out of work because of my congestive heart failure, I was diagnosed with after going to the doctor to see what was wrong with me on august 31st. So I've been out of work since then, and applying for snap and disability isn't going well so far. So I have no source of income until I can get my condition fixed and better and get back to work. I haven't been able to pay for my pills when I needed to get a refill, and I have to pay my doctors visit bill from my out of town heart doctor trip. Medicaid isn't going well so it is hard to pay for my out of town doctors visits and medical bills.
