Jake is your typical hard-working 33-year-old who loves sports, hunting, and spending time with his family, friends, and dog Hoyt. However, his life was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, a diagnosis that only 50 people in their 30s receive each year. To beat this cancer, Jake is currently undergoing chemo and will also need the Whipple Procedure, an operation that is complex and lifesaving.
