Help Jake & Meg Cover Expenses for Their Beloved Bodie

Our hearts are heavy as we share that Bodie, Jake and Meg's beloved companion, crossed the rainbow bridge last night after weeks of battling an undiagnosed illness. For those who knew Bodie, you understand the incredible void his passing leaves behind.

Bodie wasn't just a dog – he was Jake's first four-legged best friend and a constant source of joy in both Jake and Meg's lives. He was their faithful adventure partner, braving cross-country road trips (even though car rides weren't his favorite) and hiking countless mountains by their side. During the uncertainty of COVID, he brought comfort and companionship not just to Jake and Meg, but to Meg's entire family and their dogs during their time together in Florida.

Over the past few weeks, Jake and Meg have done everything possible to figure out what was going on with Bodie, including: multiple overnight emergency vet stays, feeding tube procedures, extensive medications and treatments

...and now, they have the burden of aftercare arrangements

The medical bills have now exceeded $15,000, coming at an especially challenging time as Jake and Meg are also managing unexpected expenses with their Airbnb properties. While no amount can ease the pain of losing Bodie, we're hoping to help ease the financial burden during this difficult time.

Any contribution, no matter the size, will help cover the extensive veterinary care Bodie received in his final weeks.
