- My name is Jake. I've had a really hard time after I went off a cliff on a quad. I spent almost a year in the hospital with two shattered legs and a broken shoulder. I lost my business and my home. I went to a very dark place and tried to end my life. Thank God I failed. My ex-employee and friend got me a dog (Kupa), and he gave me a reason to want to live again. Now he’s got a collapsed lung and I don’t have the money to help him. He’s my life and my best friend and I can’t lose him. Please help him. Time is running out for him. I don’t know if I can go on without him please god don’t take him yet. Kupa gets to come home today blood patch on his lung is working so far. Now just got to wait until he has enough money for them to remove his tumor. Vet wants it all or nothing. It’s amazing that life still has a price tag in this world.
