My name is Valentyna and I was a member of the first Jamaican Karate Team to participate in an Olympic Qualifier. To express my gratitude to the federation that believed in me at the peak of my athletic career, I would like to use my platform to encourage all of my friends as well every supporter of Jamaica worldwide to become a contributor to the long term development of Jamaica Karate.
