Help James continue TAWS beautiful work in Tonga

Hello,

Thanks so much for taking the time to come and read this story. My beautiful aunty Angela Glover tragically and unexpectedly lost her life in the recent tsunami in Tonga. Her soul mate James has been left without his wife and 2 of their 5 dogs and cat (luckily 3 of their doggies were found alive and are with him now).

As many people have heard this story, you will know about Angela’s and James' incredible work with their own charity TAWS in Tonga. TAWS aims to help the dogs of Tonga to receive essential treatments like flea, worming and tick treatment. The charity works closely with vets located in New Zealand to ensure dogs and puppies lives can be saved if they are ever injured. Moreover, TAWS works closely with both the adult and child community in Tonga to educate on the importance of caring for their 4 legged friends.

All we want going forward is to ensure James can rebuild the beautiful life he and Angela had in Tonga and continue the amazing work TAWS was doing.

We now know just last Friday, Angela met with a government official in Tonga to discuss funding to bring a vet into Tonga for 6 months of the year to assist with veterinary services that only qualified professionals can do. By doing this, many more dogs can be saved, and the beautiful work of Angela, James and the team at TAWS can continue. We hope to use some funds to work towards this goal of long-term veterinary care in Tonga.

Our Ange was everything to us, she did not have a bad bone in her body, and she would put anyone else’s needs above her own. She would be the first to help someone out if they needed it, and she was just the most caring, generous and selfless person in the world. She was living her dream in Tonga, and we want to continue helping James, and the Tongan community, to keep this dream alive.
