Help James Gurley Cover Their Mom’s Funeral Costs

To our extended network of friends, family, and neighbors:

We are raising money for James Gurley-Dawkins, a deeply loved member of our LGBTQ+ Florida-New York community. 

Recently, James received sudden notice that their mom had passed away.

We are raising money to help James cover sudden, unforeseen costs related to their mother’s passing.

James has until December 5th to empty their mom’s apartment, put her belongings into storage, make funerary arrangements, and rehouse her pets.

If you know James, you know them as an only child from a single-parent household. You also know them by their infectious and joyful laugh.

Achieving our goal will take care of essential funerary expenses, so James can lay their mother to rest peacefully. All funds will be distributed directly to James Gurley-Dawkins.
