Help James Lloyd Overcome Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Chrystal and I just felt led to start this go fund me for my cousin James Lloyd and his wife Teresa to assist with the medical bills they are currently faced with.

Many know James Lloyd as one of the Founding members of Pieces of A Dream, some know they used to be the young kids traveling and playing with Grover Washington. Philly still gets hype to Mt. Airy Groove whether your from that area or not, it has become a Philly staple. Well, I know him as Jimmy, my first cousin and I'm still just as hype as the rest of Philly when it comes to hearing his music or seeing him Live!

My cousin is a great artist and has traveled many places, played for, wrote music for, and produced many other of your favorite artists. Unfortunately being an artists doesn't come with great health benefits as we have seen with Melba Moore and many others. We love the arts but rarely support the artists!!

Some of you may have seen when I posted prayers for my cousin James who suffered a medical emergency in the early morning of February 12, 2024. We later learned it was actually THREE strokes. Praise God he came through, receiving the necessary care and was able to sustain his mobility, memory, and mostly his musical ability. Sadly as many may have experienced on personal levels, the cost of medical care in America is OUTRAGEOUS and has therefore caused my cousins to face an unsurmountable medical bill.

They are normally very private people with their business but I believe that sometimes we just have to reach out for help. The way things are going in this world, we won't be able to survive alone. Please trust that the bills are much more than what I have set as a goal but anything we raise will definitely be a great assistance to them.
