Help James Pay For His Shock Trauma Bill

My best friend's Husband was in a motorcycle accident headed southbound from Harford County on Harford Road yesterday, November 9th, at the Mount Vista and Harford Road intersection.
He is in shock trauma right now and will need extensive surgery. His Wife Carla and their 5 year old son Giovanni are very overwhelmed right now. 

So I am asking for your help. James will need to cover a lot of the medical costs out of pocket and as we all know the financial climate is not helping right now either. We do not know how much will not be covered by his Insurance and as they have not found the person who may have caused this accident he will need our help to cover this.

**This happened around 2:30 p.m. and we're looking for all of the witnesses that were at the scene if anyone knows anyone that was there especially an older gentleman driving a white Ford pickup two-door please comment please send me a Facebook message. We are very interested in speaking to the gentleman that was driving the white pickup truck it was two door possibly on a Ford F-150 he was heading Northbound on Harford Road.
