Help James with his Quality of Life and Care.

My name is James. I am 44 years old and I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. I also am Ventilator dependent and have several chronic non-healing wounds. I utilize a specialized hospital bed that is very essential in my care and well-being. Unfortunately, it currently is not functioning at all right now because of a major part failure. We are trying with the manufacturer to repair it as soon as possible. However, my insurance will not pay for it, which means that my family and I will have to pay for these expensive repairs which is extremely difficult.
I am reaching out in hopes that people will be kind enough to assist my family and I with the ability to have my bed repaired, save for other potential repairs and eventually purchase a new one when it is deemed necessary.
Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated by all of us. One the most important things that helps keep me healthy birth physically and mentally is a fully functional therapeutic bed as part of my care routine. I do not know where I would be with out it. Please, help us out if you can. Thank you!
