Help Jamie fight Congestive Heart Failure

On Friday August 9, my brother Jamie (38) was admitted to Mass General Hospital and diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF).
CHF is a chronic condition in which the heart doesn't pump blood as well as it should. While there's no cure for CHF, medication can help manage the condition.
In addition to medication, Jamie will begin cardiac rehabilitation in October. Cardiac rehabilitation is a medically supervised program that includes: physical activity, education, and counseling.
The outcome of his rehabilitation will determine his limitations moving forward, and for the time being he is unable to work. His monthly expenses, which include health insurance, copayments, and medication are roughly $2,500. Our goal is to provide financial relief as he regains his strength, finds out what his limitations and abilities are, and begins to navigate life with CHF.
