Help Jane Dawson through her recovery

Our beautiful mother, friend and survivor needs some extra help at the moment .

After six months of negotiating breast cancer , it's unfortunately come to a point where myself and my family are struggling to keep up with daily bills and transport costs for our mother Jane.

Jane lives quite a while out of the reach of the hospital in cairns as she is a teacher's aid in a remote community , so she resides too far from urgent or needed hospital visits.

Jane was recently flown from cooktown back to cairns base with minor complications with her most recent treatment for breast cancer.

This moving back and forth is taking it's toll on her ability to recuperate and definitely making the healing process a lot more stressful.

We are seeking donations so that I can organise our mum a form of accommodation close to the cairns base hospital as well as provide her with the ease of stress less transport options .

Cancer is never on time , no one can foresee these things .

This has caught all of our family quite off guard .

Please donate any amount you can or are willing to assist with making the final stages of Jane's recovery less stressful whilst also showing Jane just how much she is loved by so many .

If you have ever been to a kids space in a FNQ festival, if you have ever found that lady every one calls MUM, no matter where she is then I can assure you know the size of the heart this woman has.

Jane has spent most her life raising six boys whilst also being there for any one or any family that has needed support or fallen through the cracks of society.

Now is your opportunity to help and return the huge amount of love our mother Jane has for our grass roots and indigenous communities.
