Help Janelle Rebuild After Helene Hurricane

Hello everybody!!! Our loved one, Janelle, is in the middle of the Helene Hurricane crisis in Chimney Rock, NC. Janelle and her 4 fur babies need our help! If you've read the news, you would have seen that the entire town has been destroyed by extreme flooding and high winds. Janelle watched as her whole street was swept away by a flood, taking her neighbors' homes and sadly some of their pets that could not get to safety in time. As far as we know, Janelle and her 4 pets are safe, seeking shelter with some of her neighbors. We know they were recently rescued by the National Guard after a long, tough journey to safety. Her roommate is a paramedic working on the frontlines of the disaster. Janelle is always helping others. She even did a term with AmeriCorps helping to rebuild homes in Baton Rouge after they were destroyed by a hurricane.

This GoFundMe is being created and monitored by Janelle’s sister Kayleigh well as, myself, Melia, and Brandi and Haley so that her family can focus on her return to safety. We are all close friends of Janelle's since college (over 10 years now). We are trying to do anything we can to help and support Janelle and her 4 fur babies! Anything helps! We are hoping that this fundraiser will help with relocation, recovery, and whatever else Janelle and her pets may need. Thank you all for your support
