Help Janice Adapt to Living With Paralysis

Hi,

I am Janice's daughter. I have started this page in order to gain funds that will help support my mom and our family in this physically and mentally trying time. Recently, Janice, a 47 year old mother of 2, had a traumatic accident in which she fell out of a hammock and broke her neck. My mom is now a quadriplegic. She is going through a long and extremely difficult physical rehabilitation process at Stan Cassidy Rehab Center, in hopes that she will regain most of the control in her arms. She is currently unable able to work, and therefore, her income has decreased, while expenses have also increased. Janice will have many new needs, such as an electric wheelchair, a medical bed, a lift to the front porch/door, a wheelchair accessible vehicle, the construction of a new bathroom, and much more. Additionally, our family now has to cover a lot of travel and rooming costs to ensure we can be there for Mom through this. Every prayer or positive/healing energy sent our way is deeply appreciated and any amount of money donated will help us tremendously.
