Help Jared & Jamie Open a Safe Piercing Studio

Hello friends, clients, and wonderful people of the internet! Our names are Jared and Jamie. Jared has worked as a professional body piercer for 25+ years, the last eighteen of those years being here in Columbus, Ohio. Jamie has also worked within the body modification industry in Columbus for close to a decade. Recently we and many of our coworkers were displaced from our last place of employment (you may have already heard about this situation in other posts across the interwebs). The last couple of weeks have been a tumultuous time for so many of the good piercers, tattooers, and shop staff that have left that shop and have been seeking out new studios to call home.

We have realized that many of our clients are also now without a safe, reputable studio to visit for body piercings. We have weighed the options with moving forward at this turning point in our lives, and the option is clear. We would like to open a new studio to service our clients and community with safe, professional body piercings and high-quality jewelry. We would also like to provide the opportunity for several of our former coworkers to join us in having a new studio to call home as well. We plan to employ a select group of very experienced body piercers, tattooers, and shop staff at the studio along with us. We would like to provide a workplace that we can all proudly bring our clients to for exceptional service and safe, quality piercings and tattoos.

We have already moved forward with establishing an LLC and setting up banking and licensing. We are taking the steps to secure a storefront location and have begun purchasing the necessary equipment and supplies to set up the shop. We are very excited to move forward with this venture and to have a new studio that we and other professionals in our industry can be proud to call home.
