Help Jarrett with expenses

Many of you know Jarrett or his dogs , the infamous Lucky and Jarrett's pup Armani. Jarrett was a victim of a brutal dog attack near his work off Cape. The dog lunged at Armani and Jarrett stepped in. He has a long recovery ahead and may need plastic surgery. He has health insurance but will be out of work and needs help. He is very humble and I asked him if I could start a go fund me. Every bit helps if anyone is so inclined. Thank you.
