Help Jason and his Family battle against Multiple Myeloma

Hi, my name is Sara. My brother Jason was just diagnoised with Multiple Myeloma. It all started 2 weeks ago when he thought he at first had an ear infection. Then he started to have some face paralysis. He then went to the emergency room. They then found a mass on the back of his skull. He was taken by ambulance to Brigham Hospital in Boston. After many test and scans they found he has Multiple Myeloma. There is no cure. There is a treatment they are going to do that will hopefully maintain him. The treatment will be in Boston. He will have to travel there at least twice a week. For at least 6 months. He is also going to have radiation as well. This is a rarer form of cancer most people who are diagnosed are not diagnosed till past the age of 65. Jason is 45. When asked about life expentancy we were told 7-10 years.

This is clearly devastating news for his whole family. Jason has an almost 4 year old daughter, a 2 year old son and 13 year old son. Jason and wife have come to the hard conclusion that they are going to have to ask for help. Jason can not work and he can not drive now either. So his wife and our family will be bringing him back and forth to Boston. They are going to need help financially for medical bills, travel expenses, food, and other bills coming their way and just basically life for the next few months.
