Help Jason back to health through gods grace

Hi my name is Jason Wiggins. First of all Thank You God!I am unable to work at this time due to a multi level neck fusion surgery. After the surgery I developed complications; including a hematoma on my right arm and infection behind the neck grafts. I required a second surgery a week later to clean the infection and remove the hematoma. This surgery requires going back through the original incision and removing the hardware and original bone grafts placed in my neck and replacing them with new. I will require weeks of aggressive physical surgery to regain some mobility in my right arm. The hematoma caused loss of mobility and weakness in my right arm (dominant arm). Due to the weakness and mobility I am having trouble doing basic things for myself such as showering, cleaning up after myself, brushing my teeth, and dressing myself. My wife is unable to help me as much as I need because she is working two jobs to make ends meet. Anything helps for I have a family to look after thank you love you all!
