And brother in law, recently underwent liver transplant surgery after enduring chemotherapy for stage 4 colon cancer which spread to his liver. Thankfully, Jason is now cancer-free, but his liver was damaged beyond repair, making a transplant surgery necessary. Jason is now in recovery, but the road to full recovery is a long one, and he and his wife Tara will be out of work unpaid for an extended period, which will significantly impact their finances.
