Help Jason Fight Cancer Support Our Family in This Battle

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

I am reaching out during an incredibly difficult time for Jason, and his family. Recently, Jason was diagnosed with cancer for the second time. While we remain hopeful and determined to fight, the journey ahead is daunting, both emotionally and financially.

Jason was first diagnosed in 2021 with a large tumor—over half a pound—filling his left sinus cavity. He underwent surgery, followed by another procedure a month later and a series of radiation treatments. Over the past two years, he has endured two more surgeries. Tragically, during his most recent procedure, doctors discovered more tumors in his left sinus cavities. This time, the cancer has spread, protruding through his nose and affecting his left eye.

We have been referred to a team of specialists at a hospital three hours from home. His doctors are preparing for a complex fifth surgery that may involve removing tissue and bones from his sinuses, and nose. There is also a heartbreaking possibility that Jason may lose his left eye. Right now, multiple medical tests are underway as doctors work on a treatment plan. This will be the first of possibly many more surgeries.

Jason is the sole provider for his family and the loving father of his children—the two youngest are just six months and two years old. He is also a devoted stepfather of two older boys. Jason has always been the kind of person who lifts others up, nurturing his children and being a source of strength for those around him. Now, he needs our help.

We are launching this GoFundMe to help cover the overwhelming costs of surgery, follow-up treatments, travel expenses, household bills, and the support Jason will need during his recovery. Our goal is $40,000, but any contribution—no matter the amount—will make a meaningful difference in our lives.
