Help Jason Get Back on the Road for His Kids

Hello all my name is Jason I am 53 years old and a proud dad of 3 daughters.

7 years ago my wife of 18 years took off actually with my children too. I tracked her down 1400 miles and 8 states away . My girls went back to Massachusetts with me and I have sole custody of them. Ashley is my baby she is 9. Bella my middle is 12 and my big girl Olivia is 20.

I am morbidly obese and have been in poor health for the last year or so. I started the Wagovy shot a few months ago and by the Grace of God I am slowly getting better . I also need 2 knee replacements and I have COPD so being mobile has been a big issue for me . The more weight I drop the more my quality of life has improved and that is a huge blessing. It has also helped me come out of a deep depression.

Because of my medical conditions the only job I can do is ride share. I was bed ridden for months so I have barely been able to work. Again by the Grace of God we have been able to survive. My oldest daughter does work and helps out as much as she can however she does not make a ton of money.

Here is my dilemma.

My Uber car is a 2011 Town Cars.

I literally was getting it ready so I could get back to work. I know it needed an axle bearing and an inspection sticker. The sticker is hard to pass because it emissions issues. But again by the Grace of God it passed inspection yesterday. My plan was to get a sticker on it get back to work limp the car around for a couple of weeks so I could come up with the money to fix the rear end. However plans often don't work out the way we would like. In the process of driving the car around after I reset the check engine light the rear end let go . So much for my plan.

I am in desperate need of help. I have no means or resources to come up with the money to get myself back on the road.

I have Faith in God and I trust that he will provide a way.

I do not like to ask for help and if it was just for me I wouldn't ask. But if I don't find a way to get my car fixed my children will suffer . I rent and the last thing I need is to fall behind .

So I am asking for help.

Please help me family if you feel so led.
