Help Jaxon Play On a Competitive Soccer Team
Donation protected
On the recreational fields out in east Atlanta, just three years ago, Jaxon’s love for the game of soccer became immediately clear. After sitting out for a year to watch his sister try her hand at the game, Jaxon decided that he’d love to try it as well. It started as a way for him to burn off a little energy and it ended up developing into so much more.
After only one season with I9 sports, parents began to approach us after games suggesting that Jaxon not only had the raw skill but the focus, passion and drive to play for a more competitive league. It immediately became clear what we’d already known… This boy had skills.
Jaxon pushed on with two more seasons of I9 and finally decided that he was ready to move on to a new challenge. Jaxon studied soccer videos, learned key skills on his own, practicing by himself in the breezeway of our old condo.
All of his hard work paid off. After trying out mid-January - enduring the cold and an intense hour of drills and scrimmages, Jaxon was offered a fantastic opportunity to join the Southern Soccer Academy competitive league!!
This is a roster spot only open to selected players! The Southern Soccer Academy will give Jaxon more than just soccer coaching; it will provide him the opportunity to be fully submerged in the life of a competitive soccer player for an entire year. The program includes training twice per week, access to some of the area's finest coaches, and tailor-made development plans to give Jaxon the best opportunity to excel.
We are asking for your help to make this opportunity obtainable for Jaxon. Your donations will assist with academy program tuition, the full uniform kit, and travel to games across the state of Georgia.
As Jaxon’s parents, we had no doubt that our kid was great, but we couldn’t have ever imagined the memories, lessons and opportunities that have come from this sport as we sat on the sidelines at I9 just a few short years ago.
Thank y’all SO much for the love and support of Jaxon’s dreams and we are so excited to update you all along his journey.
