Hi everyone, on July 30th 2023 Jay’s and his kids rental house caught fire due to faulty electrical lines in the attic, which engulfed the house in flames, leaving almost all personal belongings unsalvageable. Almost all belongings were either burned, melted, or had water damage. Jay and his children are having to make a fresh start. They are needing housing, furniture, clothing, etc.
