Help Jay recover with Therapy

Hello everyone, as some of you may know my Uncle Jay suffered from a stroke last week due to a blood clot forming in the back of his brain. This lead to him flat lining 6 separate times. We almost lost him! Jay has lost vision in his left eye, is very weak and confused at times. He requires assistance with daily activities. Jay will have to go through Brain, Vision  and full body physical therapy in an attempt to get back to functioning, and hope to lead a somewhat normal life again if he will be able to at all. Jay has had his struggles in this life, as we all have and when someone is struggling they need our help and love to guide them to a stronger path. Jay has always been a tradesman and has worked his tail off his whole life. He has NEVER asked for a hand out and doesn’t want to now(so I am asking) if you can help in anyway so that we can get him through the next couple of months,try to get him healthy and keep him in his apartment that would be life changing for him. I will personally be helping with shopping and paying his bills from these funds.
