Help Jayden get a van to ease travel

Hello everyone, my name is Kathleen. Jayden is my 11 year old boy who has special needs. We currently have a wagon as a vehicle and as he gets bigger, his wheelchair has transitioned to one that we cannot fit into our car. We are hoping to use this platform to help raise enough money to purchase a wheelchair accessible van. This would help Jayden navigate comfortably and be able to travel for extended periods of time if we were to go on a road trip. Currently, we are using his old wheelchair which is able to collapse and fit into our car, but he has outgrown it and it is falling apart. Jayden needs a van to go to all of his appointments, therapy visits, and visiting family. I’m not one to usually ask for help, but this is more than I can bare on my own end. His father is not in the picture so it is up to me to make sure all of his needs are met. Jayden is a spastic Quadriplegic and diagnosed with CP, among other things. He requires total care and is only getting taller and heavier as he gets older. I would love to try to ease the daily struggles he goes through, and for that, this would be the most helpful.
