Help Jayden Get a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle

This handsome little man is Jayden! He’s 10 years old and he’s the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet. Unfortunately Jayden has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and restrictive lung disease. He spends most days at home due to it taking 2 people to physically pick him up and carry him to put him in the car. He is currently being homeschooled due to lack of accessibility to a vehicle that’s capable of transporting him and his powerchair. His mother currently works 2 jobs to take care of him and his 2 younger siblings. Jayden has had to leave his home due to it not being big enough for all of his medical equipment and needs. He’s now suffering from depression from not being able to leave home very often like a normal child. Jayden has been through so much since being diagnosed. His world is constantly changing and his ability to do things get taken from him every day. Even with his mother working 2 jobs it’s still not enough. We need your help!
