Help Jayden Give His Mom Jennifer a Proper Farewell

Hello, my name is Samantha Dotson and I have created this account to help Jayden Terrell raise money to be able to give his mother, Jennifer Peters a proper funeral.

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, Jayden received a call that no child wishes to receive. He was told that his mom, Jennifer Peters had a seizure and was found unconscious where she was taken to Bourbon Community Hospital and later transferred to UK. Once Jayden got to UK he became informed that his mother had coded 4 times and she only had 2% brain activity and she was hooked up to life support. On Saturday the doctors called Jayden to come in and he had to make the hardest decision ever, that was to take his mom off life support because her test had came back showing swelling on the brain and she was completely brain dead. After the decision was made he became aware that his mother was a organ donor, so as we wait for her organs to be harvested we are trying to raise enough funds to cover Jennifer’s funeral arrangements and anything extra will go toward Jayden’s living expenses as he has not been able to work since he received this devastating news. He has been going back and forth to the hospital everyday to spend as much time as he can with his mother before he has to say his final goodbyes.
