Help Jayden Kick Cancer!!!!

Hi, our names are Mike Giacopelli, Paul Crossley and Lindsey Armstrong. We are the “work family” for Jayden Rodriguez. Jayden is 18 and has been newly diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Jayden is loyal, kind hearted and an all around good soul. Jayden’s first job was with our first Crumbl franchise in Avondale, AZ 2 1/2 years ago. He has been with us ever since. He has worked up to shift lead at our Glendale, AZ store. Jayden was in a severe car accident a few months ago. The first place he came after his surgery and hospital stay was Crumbl. We consider him family. He wanted to come back to work as soon as possible. Once back at work, after he healed, he started feeling tired and his heart kept racing. After it got really bad, he went to the Dr and they rushed him to the ER and into emergency surgery where they drained over 2 1/2 liters of fluid from around his heart. At this time they found a mass in his chest. After a biopsy, it was confirmed to be aggressive cancer. They are still at the beginning stages of figuring out treatment. He is having a port surgically put in his chest this week so medicine can go directly to his heart. Jayden is a light to everyone he meets. He has had nothing but a positive attitude during all of this. Jayden’s dad passed away when he was 4. He helps his mom with rent and other bills through working full time. Even through this whole thing, Jayden still works 4 hours a week but that is not enough to meet all he needs to. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help him meet his bills and other needs during his treatment. Jayden is a young man with a super big heart. He is always thinking about how he can help others; at home and otherwise. He is always the first person to volunteer when we need something accomplished. He is a loyal employee and friend. He has big dreams to fix up his classic car so he doesn’t have to bother his mom for rides. He LOVES working for Crumbl. As one of the first employees from the Avondale store, he is knowledgeable and helps to train others. We love having him as an employee and look forward anxiously for the day he is well.
