Creating MCE curriculums to learn ASL

I would like to re-open the Thomas Hopkins Gallaudet and Laurent Clerc’s MCE labs. MCE, Manually Coded English have been proven, this system bridging the gap in both communities. The lab closed down due William Stokoe announced ASL have it’s own language, this halt his studies and I would like to pursue this case. 

Since no school (IEP) doesn’t support MCE, which affectly unable to catch up in same level as mainstream. My reputation and my teaching style have been proven effectively to learn how to communicate in ASL. 

With this money, I would like to start my new journey, creating a school where everyone have communication accessibility especially for nonverbal communities, autism communities as well in hearing communication. A
