Help Jane Overcome Unimaginable Odds to save Jeanie

JEANIE was a working Miami school teacher 3 years ago with a specialty that the county needed especially during COVID: teaching deaf + hard of hearing kids, traveling directly to the children because they could not learn ZOOM in lock-down.

Just before Thanksgiving Day in 2021, Jeanie came home from school and SOMETHING HAPPENED ... no one knows for sure what, but she laid on the floor for 4-6 days before anyone called for a welfare check.

Close to death, when the landlord finally entered with the medics, Jeanie raised her left arm (like a flag pole) to say

"I am ALIVE" - but - she could not SPEAK.

Sadly, when she fell, she fell against a sharp object ... tearing flesh from her TAILBONE up to her WAIST. (the flesh tear was 6 inches long x two inches wide x 1 inch deep)

In an attempt to save herself, as she tried to stand, her foot twisted breaking two bones in her right leg, and then, once her fanny hit the ground, her body fell back onto another sharp object, severely impaling her a second time below her right scapula.

The RESULT of laying on the floor with these 2 open wounds for 4-6 days with no food, no water and no welfare check?

ACUTE BLOOD CLOTS formed in both legs, both arms, both lungs, her heart + her brain. While waiting for HELP, she had a Left Lobe Ischemic Cryptogenic Stroke.

After a CT Scan (6-days later), they then found a brain bleed that caused a second kind of stroke, called a Hemorrhagic Stroke ... sadly ...

The teacher who came home from school, 2-days before her Thanksgiving vacation, is now 100% PARALYZED (she may never get out of bed) and she suffers with severe APHASIA.

She has been 100% non-ambulatory for the past 3-years, bed-ridden with no control of her body functions. She has to have someone feed her, hydrate her, dress her, bathe her and change her diapers ... she understand everything that is happening, she knows what she wants to say in response to all of this, but her aphasia does not allow for it, unless her twin starts the sentence, helps her along the way ... otherwise ... she cannot reach the words.

Thank goodness there is an unspoken language between most twins, and Jane can help Jean so much, but OMG ... they are dealing with so many unimaginable odds as the twins move into year 4!

ALL of this has been at the expense of Jane's career, her income, her life.

Jeanie was a LINGUIST, bi-lingual in Spanish, certified in American Sign Language, acting as an interpreter for the deaf (ASL), and taught ESL (English as a Second Language) in Little Cuba where she was a teacher serving Adults + Children for over 20 years.

Can you imagine being an intelligent devoted teacher, a linguist who loved language(s), then having a Left Lobe Stroke? Jeanie never lost her love for language, but did lose her ability to SPEAK + to SIGN? That breaks my heart.

After her medical proxy moved her away from MIAMI, and out of her insurance network ... Oy Vey ... (meaning she was no longer medically covered) ... Jeanie was pleading with her legal proxy to get her out of there.

The only legal proxy refused to communicate with Jeanie because ... she could not SPEAK intelligently ... so He dismissed her as incompetent!

Aphasia is not a mental disability, it does not make you incompetent ... it is a language disorder, it is a loss of words.

Jeanie, a single, unmarried teacher with no children had no one helping her at the worst time of her life and her legal proxy put HER 'out to pasture' into a dingy nursing home 90 miles north of Miami and he legally he made sure that Jane's hands were tied.

With her hands tied, she was excluded from every conversation, every decision made, then on April Fool's day her legal proxy + her POA (a 85 y.o. woman) said to Jane: YOU do it!

And that is when Jane began facing off with unimaginable odds while Jeanie was in immediate need of emergency assistance.

... Oy Vey ...

It took Jane, her identical mirror twin, who lived 2500 miles away in SLC-UT (she another single, unmarried working self-employed professional woman with no children) 30 days + $20,000 to get Jeanie out of FL.

Is it too ironic that THE TWINS, two working professionals, neither ever married, neither had children, each living their own lives (independently of the other) in different states ... had a tragedy like this that brought them back together?

Jane had to VOLUNTARILY lose the same 60 years of memories that Jeanie lost on that tile floor so that she could drop everything to take care of her twin. God whispered to Jane: BE PRESENT.

That was all the advice Jane got, it was all of the advice she needed, the angels whispered: Jane be present.

Besides Jeanie being moved 90 miles out of her covered insurance network --> ALL of Jeanie's FUNDS were FROZEN between 11-21 -- 12-23 and everything had come out of Jane's pocket while she was the only sibling doing anything for Jeanie.

SADLY ...

After the MRSA treatment, the care center negligently put Jeanie into a Morphine COMA (the agency nurses on staff did not know how to read a PRN Rx order). THEN, Jane was told by her primary care physician that Jeanie had Kidney Failure, and HE felt the best thing was to send her HOME to die.

GOD sent a 'twin' rainbow over Jane's house as the transporters wheeled Jeanie in on a stretcher on July 14, 2022.

Tragedy on top of Tragedy | Stupidity on top of Stupidity

Once home, the hospice nurse pulled her catheter, only to discover, the care center had inserted that catheter up her VJJ and not her bladder!! Oh WoW ... She was not dying of kidney failure, but because that agency nurse had inserted the catheter incorrectly, she had been urinating directly into her wound, which was now 7.5 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches deep, causing "her own urine" to infect this horrendous sacrum wound. Sorry this is so gross.

ADD a negligent MORPHINE COMA from nurses unable to agree upon a PRN Rx order, then not being fed or hydrated for 2 weeks once in that nursing home induced COMA.

The unimaginable odds Jane had to manage with no insurance put Jeanie at death's door and her funds were frozen to Jane.

To add insult to injury, despite Jane's hands being tied for months + months, 3-days after the twin rainbow ushered Jeanie home, someone anonymously filed an Adult Protective Services case against Jane!

30-days later, Jeanie was still hanging on, the APS case was CLOSED with NO findings! The next unimaginable odd happened the day after the cased was closed. The same BULLY who anonymously filed the APS complaint against Jane, orchestrated for Jane to be summoned into a lengthy LAWSUIT, in MIAMI, by Jeanie's BANK!

The BULLY demanded the bank take note that Jane had absconded her twin sister ... never once considering ALL of the Life & Death actions that she had taken for the previous 9-months! And then, the anonymous BULLY demanded a JURY TRIAL.

Jeanie was dying and Jane was being sued.

DISTRACTION vs FOCUS

THE DISTRACTION:

an unwarranted, unprecedented lawsuit that lasted for 19-months while all funds were frozen to Jane.

JANE's FOCUS:

was to BE PRESENT to Jeanie's mortality while methodically nursing her horrible wounds, dealing with her bone-wrenching pain, saluting and doing whatever she was told TO DO by the Hospice team ... with absolutely NO HELP from anyone.

While the Florida LAWSUIT and 5 high powered LAWYERS were pounding Jane into non-existence, Jane hired Marvin Deus to come into their home each week to be their North Star helping them to stay focused on what was truly most important:

LOVE + FORGIVENESS.

IT WORKED, this huge ghastly sacrum wound began to heal with NO doctors, NO surgeries, NO heroic measures ... just true love, forgiveness and good 'energy medicine'.

In under 8-months Jane + Marvin got it healed closed.

Today:

MEANING, for the first time, Jeanie can feed herself, hydrate herself -- all of which Jane has been doing 24/7 for JEANIE while dealing with the paralyzing distraction of 5 lawyers intimidating her everyday in every way for 19 months.

Jeanie was discharged out of hospice two weeks ago.

I bet you have not heard those words too often, but she was discharged because she is no longer declining. Jeanie's paradigm has not change that much, as she is still bed-ridden, paralyzed and she still has aphasia. Today, 11.22 Jeanie opens up to a new chapter without any physical or financial support ... just Jane raising + praising her.

Without hospice, all of the medical supplies, medications, personal care items, and labor for her wound care will be up to Jane entirely.

Jane was told: Jeanie could LIVE in this condition for a very long time, so Jane had to purchase
