Help Jeehee fight cancer

Hi everyone!

My name is Jeehee. I am 39 years old and I am a chef working in downtown Toronto.

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I was given the news that I have stage 3 stomach cancer. This is the same cancer that my mother had and unfortunately passed when I was young.

I am raising money to support my treatment. Two weeks from now I will have to take unpaid sick leave. I just started my second chemo on Monday September 25, 2023. I live by myself here in Toronto and do not have any family. I am planning to apply for EI but it only covers 55% of my recent income and this won’t be enough to cover the basic cost of living in Toronto and my treatment.

I understand times are especially tough for everyone right now. I appreciate you reading this far and anything truly helps.
