Help Jeff and Kristin Open Constellation Brewing

Constellation Brewing Company is a small craft brewery registered in 2024 in Colorado Springs, CO by Jeff and Kristin Lockhart. We are a brewpub project and will be serving our own sourdough, thin crust, artisan pizzas made to order as well as our, soon to be, famous beer. As a brewpub, we plan to serve local Colorado wines and limited Colorado spirits as well.

Jeff is an award-winning brewer, having won 2 World Beer Cup Bronze medals and 1 GABF Gold medal, who has been brewing since 1998 and has opened several Colorado breweries including Ouray Brewing and Red Leg Brewing. He has worked at several others, starting with Sweetwater in Atlanta and is currently with Pikes Peak Brewing.

Kristin has put up with this for long enough and is ready to open up a brewery of our own. She has several years' experience in food service and accounting plus 20 years herding cats (she is an elementary school teacher).

We have invested quite a sum of money and time into this project already and are in search of funds to help us start building out the space, open our doors, and make this long-time dream a reality. We have Identified a site, and have a contractor, architect and engineer on board.
