Please help My Wife an Myself. Get our house back in order

We need help. I have been moved to Hospice care. I am no long able to get my house clean an in order. I have cancer with 6 Months to year from what I'm being told. I have had to move upstairs because I am not longer able to walk up and down. I have become a burden to my wife because of all this. Her an I both need help. I am asking for a startup of $3500 so that I may get a dumpster so I can use some of the GoFundMe to pay for movers to remove the junk from my house. basement and shed. I also will use that money to hire a cleaning crew to come in an deep clean our home from top to bottom. I can no long do this, i am stuck using a cane and or wheel chair. What ever money is left. We will use to get new furniture and our furnace fixed since we went the whole winter with just space heaters. I am desperate for help. As you can see in the picture. I am now down to 118 pounds.
