Help Jeff Cornell Beat Cancer

Dearest Friends,

 

This is the message I would have hoped I'd never have to write. Unfortunately, after several weeks of Dr.s visits and tests, I’ve had a confirmed diagnosis of aggressive colon cancer that has metastasized to my liver and lung. I will soon be heading down the grueling path of treatments to battle this cancer, and I intend to win this fight. However, this will be a challenging road, and I will need help.

I know that many of you will be finding out about this diagnosis through this Go Fund Me. I apologize as I would prefer that all of my friends hear it from me. That is why I wanted to take charge and do this for myself.

With the help and unwavering support of my amazing wife, April and daughter Rowan, I am taking a proactive approach to this illness and plan to battle it with every tool at my disposal, conventional and otherwise. We are keeping a positive mindset, and I have no doubt that I will survive this and have many long years ahead of me. However, the combination of medical expenses and my inability to work at full capacity will bring significant financial hardship. Therefore, I humbly ask for any contribution to help see myself and my family through this difficult time.
