Help Jeff Glass Rebuild After Helene and Milton

Hurricane Helene was last week and Hurricane Milton was this week. The devastation is widespread, and Helene was particularly rough for us in Pinellas County, Florida. My name is David Ardman and I’ve been a resident of Florida’s Gulf coast for nine years, currently residing in Tarpon Springs.

My good friend, Jeff Glass, whom I’ve known for over 40 years and lives near me in Palm Harbor, lost everything. House contents, including all appliances, and his vehicle are gone. Without insurance, Jeff will need to purchase these items, as well as pay for home remediation and repair, out of his pocket.

Ironically, Jeff just retired from FEMA, where he was required to spend months on end in places around the country and in US territories helping to get others back on their feet as a disaster response coordinator.

Hopefully, we can help support Jeff in his time of need, as he has supported the tens of thousands of people during his many years of service at FEMA. Thank you to those who have already helped. Jeff will use these funds to buy new appliances, restore his electrical systems, and bring his house back to livability. It's been a rough few weeks that will take months, perhaps years, to recover from.
