Help Jellybean Save Meeko

Our dear friend Jellybean (aka Jordan) is facing one of the hardest things a pet owner can face - their furbaby being hit by a car.

Let's rewind a bit - I know Jordan as Jellybean, thanks to Camp Ukandu. We've been friends for years, and I cannot even begin to tell you all of the amazing things about this human. As part of our camp leadership team she helped put on camp against many, MANY odds. she SHOWS UP and did so in so many big ways this past week.

Which means she had to be away from her sweet pupper, Meeko. While she was at camp, making all of the magic possible, the unimaginable happened - Meeko got out and was hit by a truck. Jellybean has left camp to be as close to Meeko as possible (which, thanks to COVID precautions) means camping out in the emergency vet parking lot.

Jellybean (Jordan) is a strong and courageous human. She has a hard time asking for help and an even harder time accepting it. But in this moment - she needs us.

Meeko is pretty lucky - somehow, he took on that truck and didn't break any bones - but he is far from out of the woods. There are some internal injuries that are making it pretty touch and go - the next few hours are crucial. Jellybean is doing everything she can to make sure her boi makes it through this.
