Help Jen and Pat Rebuild After Eaton Fire.

Hello, my name is Desiree. My family and I are organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear friends, Jen and Pat Purcell-Jones, who lost everything in the Eaton fire. We met Jen and Pat through Pasadena Youth Rugby Club where our children play and became friends. She introduced us to Aveson and the wonderful community that it is, and for that, we are so grateful to her.

Despite Pat's efforts to stay behind at the family home and water the roof and surroundings, their home caught fire. Our hearts were shattered when we got a message from him at 4 a.m. that his home had caught fire as he was driving away to be with Jen and the boys.

Jen has been a HUGE part of the Aveson family. She was co-president of the ACO board for two years and was a huge advocate for the Aveson community. She dedicated countless hours and efforts so the school could thrive and be what it was. She, along with the rest of the board, is why the school was able to have wonderful ACO-sponsored events.

They have lost all of their precious belongings. Their boys Luke, Jake, and Jojo have lost the only home they know and their school. Please consider donating to help them piece their life back together and get their boys back to some normalcy.
