Help Jen Overcome Her New Health Challenge

Hello, if you're not familiar with my best friend Jen's story let me give you a quick backstory. At age 34 she was diagnosed with breast cancer. In the year following she had to have a bilateral masectomy, full hysterectomy, reconstructive surgery, 4 rounds of chemotherapy, and 29 rounds of radiation. She has been in remission for only 11 months & unfortunately she may be going through it all again...

This past month Jen, 36 now, had an MRI on her implants due to a slight concern for excess fluid. From that scan they saw a lesion on her left lung. This spot was concerning due to it being directly under where she received radiation. A CT scan, PET scan, and a biopsy later the results are suspicious of cancer, however the biopsy was inconclusive. On Monday the 13th, Jen has lung surgery to completely remove the tumor. Due to this surgery she will be out of work for the rest of the school year and will not be earning any pay. She also will be responsible for paying her insurance in full. This amount was quoted at $1200 a month.

Guys we supported Jen through her cancer process the first time and after speaking with her last night it appears she needs us again. If you could give any donation, even $5, she would be so grateful. Let's rally around her again and help her feel more comfortable in her current situation.

She will also be recovering for 3-4 weeks.
