Help Jen Duguid Savader Battle Pancreatic Cancer

Life can change in an instant. That is exactly what has happened to Jen Duguid Savader. Diagnosed just before her 51st birthday with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, Jen has a brutal and difficult fight ahead.

Jen has been an integral part of the Fairfield community since birth! A life long Fairfielder, Jen has been raising her three boys in town, helping out with various school activities, supporting her boys' sports teams and music ensembles. She has also spent countless hours volunteering with and helping the Boy Scouts! Additionally, she has taught and worked with thousands of Fairfield students and families in her 20+ year teaching career at Tomlinson and Fairfield Woods. Students still talk about their shorts, bags and quilts made with Jen years ago! She has also been in an incredible colleague, jumping in to help others whenever needed! She is the best middle school musical costumer around!!

After all that Jen has given to the community, we are hoping to now return the favor and give back to her and her family. We are raising money to help the family with all the things... cooking, cleaning, medical costs, etc. It will be along road ahead as the family navigates the treatment regimen and all expenses associated with this fight. Everything raised goes directly to them to help ease their burden.
