Help Jenn & Her Family Get the Medical Care they Need

Jenn is a US Citizen who moved to the UK with her two boys 3 years ago. Within that time, her medical needs have worsened due to lack of adequate medical care. Her youngest is also in need of services the UK cannot provide. As Jenn is newly pregnant, she has to think about what will be best for not just herself and the boys, but the new baby as well. Her pregnancy is considered high risk, therefore she needs the best care possible. While we are helping her get everything she needs once she arrives, she needs help paying for plane tickets for herself and the boys. Unfortunately, due to her disabilities and not being a citizen of the UK, she is unable to work and bring in income. Her plan is to fly back to the states by July before the baby is born in October. Please help this family better themselves and be able to obtain the best medical care available.
