Help Jennifer Lewis beat cancer!
Donation protected
Hello everyone! My name is Kelly D'Antonio, and my family and I are setting out to raise money for my fun-filled, kind-hearted, brave sister, Jennifer Lewis, in her determined fight against cancer. Jennifer's cancer diagnosis is a rare form of soft tissue cancer, called Sarcoma, specifically Myxoid Liposarcoma.
She is strong and a battler, but she needs your help.
Anything you are willing to donate to support Jennifer at this time and help us meet our goal will be extremely appreciated. Please also consider sharing with your networks of family and friends so we can ensure that Jennifer can focus on only one thing during this time - beating cancer! Please keep Jennifer, her family, and her friends in your prayers as she battles this illness.
Every bit of the donations will be gifted directly to Jennifer to aid in the cost of her medical bills and growing living expenses while she undergoes treatment. As a single adult living alone in Greater Boston, anything can help ease the stress on Jennifer as she begins her fight against cancer. Please read more about Jennifer's life and her journey to recovery below.

Jennifer's Story
After battling pain in her left leg for over a year, thought to be sciatica, and undergoing physical therapy, Jennifer went to a chiropractor in August of 2024 due to increased amounts of pain and swelling. The chiropractor directed her to go to the ER in Weymouth, Mass due to swelling on August 7th. Jennifer spent 3 long days in the ER undergoing imaging of her left hip and abdomen. Imaging showed a large mass on her left hip and further scans showed additional masses throughout her abdomen, including on her liver, kidney, and lung. Biopsies of the area resulted in a cancer diagnosis of Sarcoma, specifically Liposarcoma, which is a rare type of cancer that develops in soft tissue and spreads throughout the body. This came as a complete shock to everyone as Jennifer's bodily functions remain perfectly normal and her blood work within normal limits. There is no family history of the disease and she is in otherwise excellent health at the age of 35. This diagnosis has shaken her entire life as well as that of her family's.
Jennifer has been living in the Greater Boston area for over five years, working as a paralegal at the Department of Justice in Boston. She has been recommended to the sarcoma specialist doctors at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, where she will undergo treatment. Treatment for her will include six rounds of aggressive chemotherapy to stop the progression of the disease. This treatment is intensive with Jennifer having to undergo three straight days for 10-12 hours each day of chemo once every three weeks. We pray that this treatment will result in decreasing the size of masses in her body, alleviate her pain, and rid her of this disease. Jennifer is eager to start treatment and stand up and fight against cancer.
Despite this diagnosis, Jennifer remains in extremely positive spirits and has a goal to continue to be her normal, fun-loving self.
For those who don't know Jennifer as well, her family and friends would describe her as a shining light in our lives. She is always ready to have fun, visit new places, and joke around. She is often described as possibly the funniest person we know, and is always there to lift everyone's spirits. Jennifer loves country music, traveling, the beach, spending time with our family on Rangeley Lake in Maine, and of course, Christmas time. She is a Boston fan through and through with her love of the Red Sox and Bruins, but draws the line at football as she cheers on the Dallas Cowboys every Sunday. Jennifer went to UConn, graduating in 2011, and has happily cheered on the Huskies to many National Championships. While there are not enough words to describe how wonderful she is, we hope everyone can read the love pouring out between the lines of this page.
