Help Jennifer With Costs

My sister Jennifer Engelhardt-Parales 29 years young is my only sister. However, she is much more than that. She is a Mother, Daughter, Sister, Wife, Cousin & Friend. She is the most amazing person that I know that. She has overcome so many struggles in her life though this is the hardest...
December 2016 she was complaining that her mouth hurt, she could hardly swallow and it was on fire. She sent our mother a picture, let me tell you though my sister is not a health freak she takes care of herself. The picture our mother got was not pretty. So our mother suggested she go to urgent care and be seen.
Jen went, was told they could not do anything that she needed to go to her PCP. So the very next day with her mouth getting worse, also with her children she went to her PCP and they were closed. So she decided with out hesitation that she was going to go to the Emergency room and be seen there..

Never in her wildest dreams did she think her world would be flipped upside down. She received news that no one of her age should ever receive. She called our mother and told her that she was being admitted for Acute Kidney Failure! What a shock this came to all of us. So of course everyone scared out of our minds called family and friends to help to take care of her kids David and Eliana. Soon enough she had family by her side. Her husband bought a plane ticket for our mom to be by her side and to help her with her kids.

Jennifer is now on a machine that is literally the only thing keeping her alive, and she has to do 3-4 times a week, she has the worst stage there is Stage 5 Kidney Failure. She is the same person that she has always been, loving, caring, thoughtful, always having her kids come first. She does not deserve the life she now has. Not having the energy to play with her kids, having a machine keeping her alive, and now on a transplant list. She has to have someone with her at all times, to help with house hold chores, meals, laundry, taking her kids to school. Everything that we take for granted she loved doing and can no longer do on her own.

We are asking for help in travel cost because she wants family to take care of her through this journey. Travel expenses, gas, food, it all does get expensive. However being there for her there is no price tag. If you are able to do even a dollar that is one step closer to what she didn't have before.
