Help Jennifer with Noggin' Surgery

Jen’s about to get some serious work done on her noggin—yep, BRAIN SURGERY! ✂️

Jennifer MacAllister (aka Jennified, Karaoskee Queen, Skee-E-O Extraordinaire) is a bright spark in our community and one of my absolute favorite humans. Not only does she run the Gainesville Brewskee-ball league (with the precision of a skeeball wizard), but she’s also out here creating Discord streams, running 20-sided things (I have no idea what that is, but I’m sure it's magical), and—if that wasn’t enough—she co-owns Midnight Cookies with her husband, John. Talk about a powerhouse!

Jen is the type of person who gives back like it's her second job. If there's an event that gives people a sense of belonging, she’s already there, running it, and probably bringing cookies. Also a solid dog mom and takes that very serious, don't mess with her kids.

Jen’s heart is pure gold, and to many of us, she’s like a second (or in some cases, a first) mom—offering advice, support, and probably a few side-eye looks when needed. She's had a slew of health things pop-up in the last 5-years and has been on payment plans making it work. Now, as she faces brain surgery at the end of the month, she’s going to need a little help from her amazing community. The costs for the hospital stay, pre-surgery prep, and a month-long recovery are a lot to manage, and she’ll be taking time off work. Anything you can contribute will make a world of difference to Jen as she powers through this.

Jen’s been an absolute legend in our lives, and now it’s our turn to help her out. Your kindness and generosity will let her focus on healing, and who knows? Maybe she'll come out of this with a supercharged skee-brain, ready to dominate the next skeeson. Stay tuned for updates on her recovery and her quest for a higher skee-ball average!
