Donation protected

Up date: we are out of our place and have relocated in a hotel please help us stay another week .... let us know that we are gonna be ok in a room for Christmas...

Christmas miracle I am raising money to keep my family in our home.

We as a family have been dealing with a lot of curveballs thrown our way...

Here's a little background of our story, okay maybe a lot....

Back to 2012: I met this man who was absolutely everything I always wanted. He loved me and my 4 children, whom I adopted.

I lost my home as my new fiancé got ill with pneumococcal meningitis, almost dying and in a coma for a week...

Also, my family member didn't like my new mate, I am assuming because of color. Every other word was "N," which almost made it impossible to keep our place. When we became homeless, she wouldn't let me and my husband stay, but she kept the kids. The hardest part was saying, "See you guys." That was my life.

We will forward to us still homeless, "Husband and I," until after God blessed us with a baby girl. We needed to do something, so I was hired at Walmart and my husband watched the baby. After we saved enough money, the day finally came. We signed a lease in Dec of 2016. Our lives were beginning to look better.

Fast forward to a late night in early October of 2023, I got a call from my one child who was crying, saying the person who I left them with, their house was on fire. I go over there right away, early morning hours like 2:00 a.m., to find her house gone. My family member got very sick and had to be admitted to the hospital where she could no longer take on the children. She needed someone to watch her, so the children, with everything they've been through, were coming to me with many issues. The 14-year-old is special needs. Dealing with his problems with several counselors throughout the week, a CMO worker, and courts, we wound up losing our job and our car broke down. We found another job right away, but there was a little gap in between...

However, here we are today. We got a notice that we have to be out by December 9th unless we come up with $10,000, which I have paperwork and documents to show. Our 8-year-old has a touch of anxiety, and changing her schools and being homeless would definitely cause more harm than good to all the children. The 14-year-old is in out-of-home placement right now until further notice. We are praying that we can come up with this within a couple of days. Call it the Christmas miracle. If you donate a dollar, $5, $10, $20, no matter what the amount, it would definitely help us. Please find it in your hearts to understand our pain and to be dealing with this right before Christmas. After we get past this curveball, we will be fine.

Through all this, we still manage to go to work every day with a smile and serve our customers with a smile on our faces...

Please help us with a Christmas miracle.
