Help Jeremy afford his new teeth and ER Bills.

Greetings.

I am Jeremy Gardels, and a couple of weekends ago, I had an accident. Due to a prolonged illness caused by food poisoning, and exacerbated by travel and dehydration, my body decided to fix my stomach cramps by causing me to pass out. This would have been fine, but I woke on my face, in a pool of actively dripping blood, on our host's 100 year old Spanish tile floor. When I looked into the mirror, the horror looked back of a bloodstained face with less teeth and a hole in my lip the size of a dime.

I cautiously stepped downstairs to show the group, and while they were cleaning me up, I had another fainting spell. This one was a bad one, and caused me to sieze up. When I came to, I was rushed to the ER, in the ambulance, for fear that my erratic heart and blood pressure were cause for further alarm.

Once in the emergency room, they poked me, prodded me, xrayed me, and filled me with liquids to soothe me again. A doctor proceeded to, later in the night, stitch my widely wounded lip, after removing a piece of my tooth from within, and I was sent home.

My lip is healing nicely, thanks to the efforts of the doctor, and I can nearly eat and drink normal again. My front teeth are being prepped for caps, and those are not going to be cheap. My insurance does cover a little bit, but, it has been majorly maxed out from all the procedures that go into the reissue of broken teeth. I need to undergo two treatments that will cost $483 dollars a visit, due at the time of the procedure, totaling $967 when all is through. I'm asking for a thousand just in case there is an unforseen cost in the mix, for safety.

I would appreciate anything you have to give to help cover the cost of these bills while I fix my mouth. The E.R. bill is still coming, and that is another demon altogether. But for now, these are the most immediate bills due in the nearest future, as the procedures are already scheduled.
