Help Jeremy (bubba) with a van to get to see the world again

My brother has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair and bed-bound due to being born 3 months early. When he was born, he's been through enough surgeries in his life that 20 adults don't compare. He has an old van with a lift, but the motor and capability of fixing it is more than the used one we have found for $8,000.00. It's a 2003 Dodge Caravan already set up with everything he needs to be able to go out and visit people, also shopping, and church, which he loves to go to. He has been unable to go to any of these for the past five years. A new van ranges from $70,000 and up, which we can't afford. God put these people in our lives for a reason, and we would really appreciate any help and donations. I was out on a service call where I met the owners of this van, who had previously just lost a son to spina bifida. As I know in my heart and soul, GOD puts people in our lives for a reason. So all I ask is if you're capable of any help, it will never go unnoticed and will make my brother able to do things he hasn't got to do in years. Thank you in advance.
