Help Jeremy get healthy again in Oregon

Shalom everyone, my name is Jeremy, I now go by Yirmeyahu, I'm struggling with homeless and health issues and have been for about a year now, I'm stuck in a place where I can't get the medical and dental and social help I need to get healthy and functional in society again, I'm desperate to ask publicly for any assistance you find necessary to help me with, I'm trying to raise money for a trip to Oregon to get a place setup for me to get healthy and independent again, I don't know the extent of my medical issues but currently I'm not able to be dependent for employment because of current health, I never thought I would reach this point of desperation but here I am begging society to please help me, I'm definitely trusting in yahuYa for my future and his plans but I feel it's necessary to also be proactive and ask for help from my community that I call brothers and sisters in Yahusha Ha Mashiach, have a great day and I hope you pray and ask Yahuah to direct you in your decision to help or not, Shabbat shalom
