Help Jerry and Beth Rebuild After the Fire

On December 30th, 2021, Jerry and Beth McQuie lost their family home to the Marshall Fire. Jerry was at work when the fires started, leaving only Beth with a few minutes to grab a change of clothes and a few small items. Thankfully, they are both safe and with family. However, it has been confirmed that their house has been completely burned to the ground.

 

This was their dream home and they spent 15 years creating a warm and welcoming space for friends and family. Hosting us at Christmas, they mentioned how they were looking forward to retirement. This tragedy has set them back years from that goal.

This fundraiser was started by Chris Quinn, Katie McQuie's fiancé. These funds will be used by the McQuies to get immediate necessities (including clothing and medication) and to rebuild their home. Any extra funds will be used to support the local Louisville community.
