Help Jerry and Kim with Funeral Expenses

Today Oct. 26, 2021 Yesterday my father-in-law Jerry was rushed to the hospital. He has spent this year fighting for his life! Unfortunately now the Drs are saying that his organs are shutting down. And we only have a few weeks left with him. We are now asking for any donations to go toward helping with funeral expenses. At the beginning of the year Jerry was diagnosed with stage four liver cancer, which had spread rapidly and into his lungs. He was unable to work and my mother-in-law also had to stop working in order to be home with him. He was once so able and strong and was now very weak and frail, and a high fall risk!  He was not a candidate for surgery. Our first hope was with Immunotherapy. But the type of cancer he had would not work with that. He has been doing chemo every two weeks for a while now depending on if his numbers and body will allow for it. He has fought through unbearable pain, sickness, unable to eat to the point of almost being unrecognizable he has lost so much weight. Massive amounts of swelling in his abdomen and legs due to fluid build up. Which he has had to have drained weekly. And through all of this still gets up everyday and fights. And still tries to do things for others. This has also been extremely hard on his wife Kim, who has been by his side every single step of the way! Please help us support them through this terrible time. And take some of the burden off of the funeral cost when the time comes. Thank you so much everyone!

 About one week ago our family received some of the most devastating news anyone can get.  My future Father In-law, Jerry, was diagnosed with stage 4 Liver Cancer ( Hepatocellular Carcinoma ). It is incurable and due to how far it has progressed he is not a candidate for surgery of any kind. Jerry was also diagnosed with Bilateral Lung Cancer, an enlarged Spleen and has a large blood clot in his main portal vein. This man who we all love and admire, who always took care of himself and his health, was now extremely sick and in terrible pain. Due to his illness, neither he or his wife Kim are able to work right now. Kim has given many years of her life to caregiving. Now it is time for her to be able to stay home and care for her husband. Jerry is the type of man who will always help when someone is in need. He always cares and is always there to make you smile and laugh. I just hope that with any donations we can get, maybe we can ease some of his stress during this horrible time. And maybe put a smile on his face. We are asking for donations to help cover cost of living expenses due to loss of wages. And to help with future medical/hospital bills, medications and treatments. Any amount large or small will help and is greatly appreciated! They have a long road ahead of them. I pray that we can make it as easy and worry free as we possibly can. We Love you Jerry!
