Support Genuardi Florist's 40-Year Legacy

Genuardi Florist is family-owned and has been in the community for 40 years. Jerry Genuardi has owned and operated Genuardi Florist with his wife Johanna, and daughters Julia and Josie Genuardi. Stemming from Genuardi’s Florist and Greenhouse in Norristown with Joseph Genuardi, Genuardi Florist in Lansdale is operated by 2nd and 3rd generation florists. We hope to be able to continue our family’s legacy of Genuardi Florist.

Our family business struggled in 2020 like many other small businesses. We were fortunate to be able to stay in business through the pandemic, but we have struggled to regain momentum ever since. Summer is our slowest time of year. This summer was especially slow and unfortunately, Jerry was sick for a few months from July through September. Additionally, our loyal delivery van had to be retired after 265k miles and we are struggling to replace it. We wish to continue serving our community, bringing fresh flowers and smiles to our loyal customers, but we need help.

We have never crowdfunded before and our parents are very humble and never have asked for help. We are hoping to raise money to get a new delivery van and help them with a new lease as ours is up in May. Every bit will help a local small business stay in business.
